I like that it has many different features as well for all kinds of businesses needs! It's easy enought too use but also offers customization options should you have any questions or concerns about how something works in general (it can be confusing at first!).

The pricing model makes sense since they offer so much functionality within each plan level/featureset etc.- which may seem high if not used wisely by your business when comparing services offered across other platforms such as Zendesktio & Veeqo where there are fewer functions per price point / feature set available compared wth their offerings here? We hope this will become more widely known among small non profit orgs who want some sorta solution - whether free via trial version OR paid subscription option depending upon size requirements vs budgeted resources!!
