Cute but a bit big on the hem
I recently turned 4 and I'm about 34 pounds, 38 inches tall and ordered a size medium. The costume is absolutely adorable. Then I have a complaint that the floor is quite big. I'm a little concerned about this. I can see how great this would be for younger ones who need a place for a swim diaper as it is a bit large for those who are potty trained. It's a good thing he's wearing a little skirt.
