I like that it's very easy to use, and that you can see your analytics right away. There are only a few features, but they're all useful. The interface is also very simple to understand, so there aren't any problems there either. It's not free, but it's cheap. And the price isn't too high either. It's a great tool for small businesses, or even solo entrepreneurs. You can see who visits your site, what pages they visit, how long they stay, etc. Also, it allows you to track your Google Analytics data with Webstat. It's really helpful when you have questions about your website.
