At first I was excited about this product which I received yesterday. Today we went to Liberty Island. I mounted my iPhone XS Max on a tripod, so I set the tripod in the extended position for a supposedly stable position. Despite pairing the clicker with my phone and trying to snap a few photos, I positioned myself for a family selfie. However, the clicker didn't work now. even before I reached my phone on the tripod, a small breeze destabilized my phone on the tripod and my expensive iPhone XS Max dropped the screen to the ground and my screen shattered! So thanks guys! In any case, despite my anger, I insisted on taking our photos with a branded selfie stick. Fight again with a clicker that blends in well but doesn't take photos most of the time. I actually noticed that it worked just moments after turning the device off and on again. So we end up leaving the island of the Statue of Liberty where we took photos and couldn't use the stick. real disappointment!
