Pictured is my old chair which cost me about $50 and lasted 3 years except this chair which I bought after delivery for $200. Assembling the chair took about an hour and wasn't too bad apart from the scuffs I already noticed on the chair. But as soon as I got the chair ready and put it down, I sat down and the leg broke off. Some things on my desk broke, which upset me a lot. My whole experience with the chair was terrible and it's definitely not worth the money. UPDATE Now when I try to get a refund for a BROKEN chair, the company forces me to pay for shipping which according to UPS would be around $400. This is a complete scam!
