When these socks arrived I was absolutely shocked at what high quality that they are. They are really, really nice! They are surprisingly thick for the type of sock that these are. The "grippy dots” on the bottom of them are solidly on there, and they are uniform in shape, size, and "depth (how much they "stick out from”/protrude from the sock), as well as spacing. While the specific ones that I purchased were in various combinations of black, white, and gray, the colors were very brilliant, and not dingy or faded. And they even held up superbly after the first regular wash in the washing machine, as well as in the dryer on a high heat setting, even the "grippy dots!” SCORE! Nowadays, and increasingly, finding a high quality apparel item, for anybody, on here [ebay] is becoming more and more of a Herculean challenge to do so, but this is one of those high quality finds on here. I’m pleasantly surprised by these socks and very, very impressed. Now I cannot comment on the fit and the sizing of the sock for a baby, as I purchased these to use in a non-traditional way…but they fit my two, 17# four-legged kiddos paws (to help bandages stay on their paws and to prevent them for licking at any paw cream that they need put on them) just perfectly!
