I exercise 4-5 days a week, the hardest part is actually getting up at 5:30 am and having the energy to exercise that early, but no more! I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any side effects from it. I suggest starting with half the dose and then increasing it by a quarter if needed until you feel you are getting the right amount of energy. It mixes well and doesn't require much effort to mix.
