10/29/2021: My Kasa smart bulbs keep losing connection and need to be reconfigured. This little gem will at least save you some pain in the process. Instead of sitting still and trying to reconnect it to no avail, I use it in a power strip and it allows me to complete the setup process from my chair, which is closer to my Wi-Fi. real help! Worth every penny for the support he gives me. There's nothing fancy here and I doubt I'll use it as a permanent outlet, but it suits my needs well with smart LED bulbs that produce little heat.
