This time ALL whites do NOT work and other colors hardly work

I threw away all the white ones because they didn't fit. Other colors work a little. When I first ordered this product the white worked really well with the other colors. PLUS, when I first ordered the pens were in a plastic bag in the shipping box. This time they were only in a box and not in a plastic bag like the previous order. I will NEVER order this product again. Too many problems with returns. The delivery from Revain was excellent and on time.

Pros

Thermal eraser function: the refill pack has a special ink that can be washed at temperatures up to 60 degrees. You can use an iron to remove a mark if you don't leave marks. does not erase or stain fabric
