Eh, I really wish the technology was more advanced so we could share the horrible smells that come with these products. I ordered a new suitcase from a completely different seller, so the names of the sellers were different. But the suitcase is nice and everything looks new but it smells so awful I have to throw it away because I'm getting sick. I'm not even sure if the smell is safe. I'm not sure what it is. But it's weird, when overused it smells like a bunch of different unrelated products mixed together. It smells just like the last suitcase I had to throw away because it gave my partner and I a reaction. It smells very strongly of needles and a chemical mix. My last one before throwing it away, I tried soaking it in apple cider vinegar and then washing it and the smell didn't even change. Seller please check your products because this smell is terrible.
