I hate this because the seller (S-Record) didn't make the warranty claim very clear here. When this mic broke within a year I filed for a warranty claim but to no avail. However, Dayton Audio provided a longer warranty period than the Recording S. I would suggest purchasing this mic from Dayton Audio related sources such as (part ex.).
