This waist trainer is just perfect! Good compression in abdomen which allows me to stay active longer after having a baby. The gluteal area does not flatten the buttocks like most waist trainers, nor does it slide down. I work 10 hour shifts as a vet so I have to move a lot, bend, lift etc and it still stays in place. I am currently 160 pounds, 5ft 5in, about 30in waist and the medium size fits me perfectly. I am 3 months postpartum and most of the weight is on the lower half of my body. I've spent twice as much money on other waist trainers. and this is by far my favorite. I will definitely be buying one for each day of the week.
