I have one of those old IKEA tablets with a drawer. The size is exactly 27 inches. This mouse pad is advertised as 27.5 but I've seen in other reviews that it's shorter, actually measuring around 27 inches. Upon receipt I can confirm that it measures exactly 27 inches and fits perfectly on my desk. So keep in mind that it is half an inch shorter. My old steel mouse pad was worn out, the bottom rubber broke, dirt stuck to it after 5 years. This one seems like a good replacement, we'll see how well it holds up.
