I ordered this chair for my new work from home job. I'm nowhere near the estimated weight capacity of this chair, but thought a wider seat would be nice to be able to sit cross-legged (cross-legged) from time to time. Arrived quickly, assembly instructions are clear. I've been using this chair for several days as I began to hand over the mechanism that holds the chair in the reclined position. It made a loud metallic click and the back moved forward. I contacted support and cannot rate this team highly enough. You were awesome. Within an hour of being contacted, they responded by asking a few follow-up questions. I sent a photo of the part causing the problem and they immediately sent me a new part. It arrived from overseas within a few days. I've never taken apart an office chair so I had to consult YouTube, but I installed the new part with minimal effort (attached is a picture of the process). Since then the chair has been perfect, no problems and very comfortable! I LOVE that his arms are crossed so he tucks neatly into my desk. Notes: I added a pillow for lumbar support and the fabric material is a magnet for pet hair. I also like this chair very much and would order it if needed. A++ to their customer support team. I want every seller on Revain to be as helpful as they are!
