Review on 🪒 Philips Norelco Shaving Head RQ11/52 for SensoTouch 2D (1100 Series) Shaver - Silver, 34 by Patricia Davis

This was my second Philips Norelco 1150 replacement. So I figured instead of buying a new block I would "save up" and buy another replacement head. With the new head, the shaving quality has decreased (By the way, the battery was replaced, the charge holds well). Unfortunately I missed Revain's monthly return window due to the holidays. A month later I couldn't resist and bought a new shaver (not Philips Norelco) for about the same money as a replacement head. I shaved for the first time (perfectly) this morning and here I am writing a disappointing review. I contacted Revain CS which led to a 3 way call with Philips Norelco CS and they didn't even offer a replacement head, the best they could do was give me a 50% off my next purchase! Why should I buy more junk with 50% discount? Goodbye Phillips Norelco, that's what happens when you lower your standards!
