The one marked "small" is described as having a support surface that allows items to rest without sagging. This does not include the clear plastic I brought with me. It's pushed to the back, the pockets are still roomy, but my stuff generally fits well in the pockets at either end, which I didn't like. I also didn't like that the strap holding it in place ran around the back seat. I knew it from the pictures but it was just the right length for my Akura otherwise I would have had to send it back. Because this strap has no stretch and just enough length, it's also very snug against the back of the seat, so it pulls on the lower pockets, making it tighter than it should be. Otherwise it makes a very robust and durable impression. The hidden plus is that the 2 "pockets" in the middle with velcro closure make only 2 so you can make it 1 if you need more space. Overall I'm glad I got it and it definitely saves space and organizes very well.
