So I bought a phone. For landline phone. In 2015. Don't judge me. Does it become more credible if I say I'm using it with a VOIP line? It works fine with my VOIP line. I can make and receive calls, they sound crystal clear and the range of the phones is quite good. Actually better than my WiFi range. The phone also claims to be able to connect to two mobile phones via Bluetooth. It kind of falls off here. Correction, this is where it fails completely. Of course, it can connect to the phone, read the phone's address book, and actually ring when the cell phone rings. But when do you answer the phone? The Bluetooth connection is absolutely terrible. If the sound is not intermittent, it becomes almost incomprehensible. Bluetooth is said to have a range of 30 feet, but with a cellphone at 3 feet, the situation is no better. If your reason for buying this phone is the connect-to-cell feature, keep looking so you won't be as disappointed as I was.
