Cheap/poorly made.
Beautiful dresses. Cheaply made and poor quality. The loops are held in place with a cheap safety pin that doesn't close tightly and a speck of hot glue. Bought 2 pieces in different sizes. Both were too big. Cheaply made and one came with the bow removed. Bows are not made of fabric. Very papery feel. I would not buy again!
