This product is fantastic! I suffered from cracked heels for most of my adult life and nothing seemed to help. Sometimes, especially in winter, the cracks were quite painful. I started using it twice a day 7 months ago: in the morning after my shower and before bed. I wear white athletic socks to keep the balm from getting on the floor and linens. After a few weeks the roughness was gone and after 7 months the cracks were completely gone. Now when I go for a pedicure, my heels no longer need to be cut off calluses! I highly recommend this item!
