I'm glad I took the time to study it well. I was a sad owner of a Walmart collar, this button got stuck in ZAP mode on the first day. Came back and spent a couple of weeks looking. Due to recent surgeries I have not been able to train our new dog effectively. Our older dog is mostly fine but he can use a reminder sometimes so we needed 2 collars. I needed it to be water safe as a lot of people like to try to drown themselves by blowing bubbles in the pool. I needed this to cover long distances when our sprung Belgian Shepherd is running. These collars are great. To distinguish which collar is easy, each collar may have a different height setting. There is no chance of these buttons getting stuck and switching between collars is seamless. The remote came with a great carrying strap. It's extremely effective on the lowest settings for our stubborn dog, and when a collar wouldn't turn on, the company sent me a new collar in just a few simple emails. I would do business with this company again anytime. Great customer support and an even better product!
