Looks great. It's just a cotton fabric (t-shirt) but sewn where everything appears nice and smooth. It seems comfortable and I'm sure it will work great. But I haven't used it yet. I have some extra baby weight to lose but I'm still skinny outside of the midsection so I ordered a small. I wish there was some sort of size chart that suggested the largest arm circumference for each size, because small is too small. I can put it on my arm but it's quite tight and needs some work. I've been keeping it since I started training and I'm hoping that as I lose some of that flabby body it will start to change 😂. For those of you who need a sizing idea, my biceps are almost 12 inches and my delta (which is important if you're short with long arms) is closer to 12.5 inches.
