Soothing remedy for sunburn and headaches

In my new job, I'm constantly outside and my skin is often irritated and sensitive to touch because I'm in the sun for too long. Applying sunscreen at every opportunity didn't help either. I bought these cryospheres to soothe my skin - I've read that the glass ones break easily so I went for the metal ones after reading good reviews about them. So far they have worked very well. They cool quickly and stay cold for a long time.
