This is my second garment from this company. The first came in a small box with caps donated to a recycling store. I had it for a few years before running out of caps where I tried it on and found weird lumps that turned out to be lightbulbs and a switch. Worked great in low light and I decided to find a replacement if my Doberman decided he liked it better. Eventually, the brand hunted elsewhere and, using the exact words, found a new black at Revain. The new one is significantly brighter in all three modes. The features are exactly the same as my first one, except it's a lot brighter. I don't see any flaws in it. However, it has taken me a lot of effort to bet on other brands that have done less for more.
