Not great for small wrists. I am a fat woman with a 6.5 inch wrist. I attached it as tightly as I could, there was almost no Velcro left to stick on. However, there is a lot of extra material after the velcro and I have nowhere to attach it when wearing it on my wrist. Just a huge annoying patch that will probably get in my way. Velcro ends to the left of the "T" in "Tools" where the orange stitching is visible (see first image). Buyer Tip: Measure your wrist, anything under 6 inches may not fit. Even on the wrist and due to my stature, it slips a little, nothing sticks to it. With the addition of weight that would likely be affected by gravity. However, I tried it on my more muscular forearm near the elbow and got a more secure fit. Comfort feels good thanks to the mesh inner lining. There is an internal elastic, I'm not entirely sure what its purpose is. Maybe stick your hand in for easier one-handed attachment? It didn't help me much, and because the elastic had too much excess, it just prevented me from tightening it as tightly as possible. In general, I think that for $ 10 it will be enough. Not really worth going back, but as mentioned, if I wear it on my forearm it might work.
