Product looks good. But the packaging could be better. When he arrived all the pieces were jumbled and knocked out of their nests. I'm new so this is exceptionally confusing. There are pictures on the outside of the packaging box, but there's nothing inside that can be easily used to tell which part is which without spending hours trying to figure it out. It's like a jigsaw puzzle and I'm not good at jigsaw puzzles, especially when the pieces are very similar. I would suggest more secure packaging with shrink wrap in each box to prevent parts from falling into the box. Case or part numbering as per brochure images. The boxes feel solid, as do the sewing feet.
