I purchased this HP 255 G8 laptop on 10/29/21, according to the instructions, put it on charge. I worked a little, took it off the charger and forgot about the laptop for a couple of days. 320222022 The laptop asked for charging. No problem! We take the adapter, into its socket, into the socket on the laptop! Um⦠Do not climb!? It enters a maximum of 50% and at least you crack. We look into the bowels of the plug: the central contact sunk inward, along the edges there are traces of plastic that prevent the plug from snapping into place. We've arrived. Then there were calls and trips to service centers. (Hong Kong, SC "Petersoft" 0820222022) Answer: mechanical damage, not a warranty case. I understand everything, power connectors are consumables for everyone, but they break on the third day . Buy HP products if you are ready to buy a power supply for 1000 after each charge. I can't find these plugs for sale separately.
