I'm a business trainer by trade, so I host instructor-led virtual training calls, record podcasts and voiceover online courses. Each of these tasks can be accomplished with a modest microphone (USB or 3.5mm), but a clearer recording will help improve all these tasks and greatly improve the quality of learning. This microphone handles all these tasks very well. I put it on the jib so it's handy when needed and folds back when needed. The fact that it can be attached to a boom or any mount is a plus as some USB mics don't have that capability. Another positive is the use of USB C. As a microphone, it's easy to use, offers the right patterns and sounds great. These are all hardware and standard Windows drivers that are great for use on a managed PC provided by your employer. There's also a built-in headphone output, but it's easy to disable (disabling is better if you don't plan to use it, as Zoom, Teams, etc. don't try to use that output). I like it because I got great feedback (no pun, never real feedback). It does everything I need very well and ticks all the right boxes. I would recommend it for heavy users. I've had good experiences with the cheaper $50 generic USB models, which may be better for some people (in terms of cost, not results).
