I already have one of these and after my friend borrowed it he asked me to order it for him. We had a shipping issue that turned out to be a problem with the shipping company and not the supplier. When I contacted the seller, they helped me to fix the situation as soon as possible. I use mine quite often as we are constantly changing and fixing tires on our track buggies. I haven't found a better way to pierce the beads of my big off-road tires. The first one I bought had a bent hook but that was our fault after trying to use it on a Jeep tire. for a 15" drive. I immediately bought a replacement and it works every time and is always a part of my tool box when I drive.
