SPECS: (2) painted forged steel load binder with grab hooks. Chain tie-downs fit 5/16” Grade 70 transport chain and 3/8” Grade 43 chain. Assembly break strength, 16,200 lb. working load limit 5,400 lbs. MEETS: FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Effective Load Binder Tool

This load binder IS an incredibly effective tool for securing cargo .My analysis of this product showed that it is made of durable materials and can handle heavy loads without any issues. The lever design makes it easy to use and provides reliable tensioning. One downside is that it can be a bit heavy and bulky, but that is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall effectiveness of the tool..

How can someone sell something so good for so little money?

I will miss these cheap Chinese goods after Trump wins the trade war. Only $35 for a pair when I bought them. They work as expected and show no signs of poor quality. The design is correct - they go way over center to stay securely closed even before tying the handle.
