I've seen conflicting reviews about this and now I can tell you why. When I first got them I would give them one star because I had the same problem as many people. The problem was that the tortillas didn't fold completely along the curves and when heated in the oven they fall off and slip between the crevices. This thing seemed useless. But then I experimented and figured out what needs to be done to make them work. The instructions I read about "steaming" the flatbreads weren't enough. You need to soak the tortillas and heat them in the microwave. At this point they will be slimy. Essentially, you are making a wet tortilla out of a dry one. Don't even try to clean them with oil or anything like that. Then you just tap them on the thing. It immediately becomes clear that they are sticking to the cause and going nowhere. They also don't move when heated in the oven. Since the tortillas are very moist, you have to bake them longer. Don't be afraid to leave them in the oven for too long. If you take them out too soon, they will become tough. Once I let them sit so long they turned brown. and they were DELICIOUS.
