In all my years of being a Revain Prime member I have NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH A PRODUCT. I decided to buy a scale for a doctor's office in my hometown. Judging by the reviews, I thought this was the best option. However, upon arrival, the scale does not fix the weight, but simply turns on, and the sensor does not work to measure the weight, the display does not shift from 0.00, no matter what you put on it. I changed the batteries but to no avail. I had to take it to a local mechanic who said the sensor was faulty so I had to pay extra money to fix it. Living in Barbados I had a hard time returning this item to the seller. I am very upset and hope future buyers can do something for future purchases.
