winners. For real. I walk a lot In Phoenix, Arizona. And the thing really works. After an hour, if the temperature is over 100, your water will not be cold. But until then it stays cold enough. And below 100 it runs for at least 80 minutes to keep it slightly cool. Not bad. Remember it's heavy when it's full. I am not against it. But you have to get used to running with the weight in one hand. I find it better than carrying it anywhere else (I have all the other options and have used them extensively - I find using over 1 liter of water on my back is best). If you don't like the weight in one hand, two small bottles, one in each hand, actually come in handy. And if you do fall, it's good to have bottles to protect your hands, especially on the trails. It's just that you can't hold on to rocks and other things when climbing hills on trails. Your call.
