Re LTK4190116957683X Invoice number 5443996 Invoice number 2/RUSSQC. I am still waiting for a DETAILED reply to my email of 6/19/2010 and my subsequent emails. They gave me a local phone number (1800-272-6229) but that number has been deactivated. Also, most importantly, I need to know about the capabilities of your backup program. See my previous emails. Your various email replies have been completely useless and I will not be using my new Royal Organizer until I have information on the backup program. FYI, if my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit program is set to configure in Windows XP virtual mode, I can boot my existing Rupplynx 6.2 16-bit program, but I don't want my Windows 7 only run in virtual mode to view my organizer backups. I hope your backup programs (if you give me the data) are at least 32-bit, which will then work on Windows 7. Could you deal with my inquiries as soon as possible. Thanks Trevor Russel.
