At first I was very nervous about ordering this chair. There were no reviews for it, the seller's website was full of typos, and a reverse image search revealed that the "designer" image on the website was just a free stock image. I checked them and found them to be of high quality and securely packaged. The outer box was damaged but the parts inside were fine. The instructions were very clear and simple and I was able to assemble the chair in about 30 minutes. At first I thought the back of the chair was broken as it would slide down when sitting down. However, I read the owner's manual and the chair back automatically went to the lowest position once it reached the top position. The mesh on the back of the chair and the headrest is very soft, the chair does not squeak and most importantly it is very comfortable. I work from home and all of my hobbies involve sitting, so I was looking for a chair that wouldn't cause me pain at the end of the day, and here it is. I have not found another chair, even at double the price, that offers as many adjustment options to ensure the right fit.
