I ordered three of these chairs for our office for a counseling room. Once we opened the boxes, we found that 2 out of 3 of the chairs were defective. The 2 legs of one of the chairs and one leg of the other would not screw in. Apparently, they had put in the wrong attachments and the leg would not screw into the hole. Instead of returning the chairs we went to the hardware store and had to dig out the connection in the chair itself and replace it with the correct one. We then had to glue it overnight with Gorilla glue to make sure it was strong enough to support the leg as it was made with a very thin sheet of OSB. In the morning we were able to screw in the leg and put the chairs together. I would not recommend these chairs to anyone.
