Not sure if I can trust it as an 'external' cable but it's pretty good and does its job well in terms of speed. I know Category 7 can handle speeds over 1 Gbps, but I didn't want to worry about signal degradation. It puts out a great 120MB/s signal on speed test websites. It's relatively flexible and bends easily around cables, but I wouldn't bend it too much. The endings are pretty good too. Gilding and all that useless stuff. =s. I'm assuming it's grounded internally because I can't see anything from the outside.
