I like that it is simple to create tasks, assign them to people in your team or even external collaborators (like freelancers).

The reporting feature works well too - you can easily see who has done what as soon an update happens without any notification delay! Sometimes we don't get notifications of updates from our customers but if there are multiple changes at once then sometimes one change will be missed out so this could take some time before they're all visible again after refreshing their page/app etc.. Otherwise great product with easy setup process which gets things moving fast when new features come up!! Good way tracking work progress quickly while also being able keep track about customer feedbacks via comments section within each task item itself- super handy during projects where many items need attention simultaneously!
