Arrived on time, very well packaged. The bad rating is not due to the reseller, but to the manufacturer of these cables. I originally bought a set of 4 x 6 inch cables to go with my new 4k TV and Denon receiver. Since everything will be going through the receiver, I wanted the cables to be from the same manufacturer and be the same. Within the first week, two cables failed completely and neither picture nor sound was recognized. The picture quality on the first connection was disappointing. best of all, similar to component video input. I've swapped cables and the quality has never improved. The fit of the inputs was loose at best, the cable sheathing was like silicone and very poorly made overall. The proof was in the pudding when 2 cables broke in the same week suggesting I started returns with Revain and had no problem returning the product and then finding a set from a household name that you can trust. The 4k resolution scales and performs as it should, which has never been the case with BlueRidge cables. If you're investing in a new 4k TV and replacing your HDMI cables, spend a few extra bucks to have peace of mind, knowing you have something reliable and proven. . The specifications listed and published for these cables are incorrect and grossly misrepresented, thereby misleading customers into believing that they can compete with products from other companies that actually meet the advertised specifications. The junk you claim is state of the art and great quality.
