MOZA Heavy Lift for Mobile Sets - Edited

I tried many gimbals for my mobile set. The gimbal could handle my 450g iPhone 12 Pro Max, SmallRig cage #3077, Moment lens and two filters. I could install the device vertically or upside down. If you mount it vertically you will need counterweights. In my opinion it is better than Zhiyun Crane M2. I couldn't balance my setup in Zhiyun. Edit: I've been using this gimbal on the go for about a month. I took him across country to the western United States. I traveled with him and filmed as much as I could. It was very painful to equalize in time. There was no quick balance and go. There were times when I just had to leave it behind to save time. Instead, buy a more expensive gimbal like the Weebill S or Ronin. They can bear the weight and have better user support. I'll just sell it and keep looking. not so happy with it at the moment. Pros: - Can handle heavy payloads without a sweat. - It has a very smooth and natural joystick control. Cons: - The record button doesn't work with the native iPhone camera app or apps like Filmic Pro. I find that extremely annoying! It was almost a deal breaker for me. Come on MOZA, find out! The MOZA app is pretty bad. It lags as long as you move the gimbal with the joystick. One of the biggest issues with the app is that active tracking doesn't really work. I tried AirCross 2, Mini-Mi and now Mini-P. Very difficult to balance with my current setup.

Pros
  • Lots of positive feelings
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

This gimbal works for both my Sony mirrorless camera and my iPhone 11.
