
This is not useful for our household purposes. It works well in as far as it is truly quick-release for a baked good, and is extremely easy to clean. The problem is that it's impractical in terms of being able to transfer from one surface to another when it's full of uncooked batter. We thought it would be great for cakes, but it's more trouble than it's worth in this regard. If you want to use it for a very thin batter, or perhaps to cook something in layered fashion, it may work well for that. Otherwise, we'll look for a thicker silicone product next time.
