Supplied in a twin pack. I was impressed that this seller cares about their products. I bought a 2.5mm which is the largest stone they currently sell. I have a big face so I want them to be 3mm. The curve of the screw didn't quite match my nostril so I had to bend it into an L shape. This works, but the rod can stick out of my nose. I have to be careful when wearing it. But the price is really reasonable. I plan to buy more 3mm cleats from them.
