So I read a lot of reviews before buying. I was looking for a simple cheap coffee maker. i love this one I've read some complaints about water leaking from the wrong fit. Well, I may not be a rocket scientist, but it wasn't hard at all to land and there were no leaks. I don't like sediment in my coffee so I put a round filter in it even though it has a washable filter and it worked great. My method is to throw out the garbage as a filter and I will not clog the septic tank. Plus a clean cup of coffee. It's a simple machine like the old days and I love how it cooks so much better than the newer one. A good cup of joe in the morning. Love it! There is also no sleep timer, but there is a heater. I usually turn it off after about an hour or two anyway, leaving just the microwave and cold coffee in so I can get through the day without thinking too much.
