First. it looks cute but I don't think it works as advertised. it does not remove moisture from the air exactly as claimed. but what is even more disappointing is the reservoir. It holds two liters, oh, but what's even more disappointing is the drain hose. every two feet! This isn't my first dehumidifier rodeo. in fact this is my fourth purchase. but this one is worse. Let's just say it will remove the moisture like it claims. How many times do you empty a 2 liter tank per day? much truth? No problem. it doesn't remove moisture as quickly, even in dry mode. It's in a basement that recently had a flood. The humidity is 80%. I'm in dry mode. (after leaving it for six hours before turning it on) and an hour has passed and there is almost no water. oh and the hose. Every two feet? What should you do about it? It's not like you can run it into your sump pump. I took a pot and put a hose through it because the pot holds more than the tank. and for 4000 sqm that's a joke. My whole house is less than 1000 square feet. and with a humidity of 80% and a glass of water per hour? no This dehumidifier does not work well. I will pack and send back. What a waste of time. * To update. After using this dehumidifier for a few days I decided to send it back. My basement is 762 square feet. even in a 10 x 12 enclosed room, the humidity only drops to 69%. I also have central air conditioning which is high efficiency and dehumidifying so I can only imagine how bad that would be on its own! But in a way it's a good thing it doesn't work as advertised because this tank is so small and the "hose" is only 2 feet long (and leaking). I would make ten trips a day to empty it. I'll send it back and buy Frigidaire or GE. a brand that I have used before and know works as advertised. I hate to pack and ship back but this item is not worth leaving!
