*Great* quality battery indicator + USB charger *and even* USB C PD. The transparent cover is a good way to protect the sensor when not in use and to dim the power indicator LED. I was a little worried about the max voltage (it says 12-24V). Batteries vary as low as 29 or 30V. However, I tested it at 29V and nothing really exploded. Draws 20mA at 6-29V when connected, which is pretty reasonable. good price! I could buy another one. EDIT: 3 months old, still works great. While the front cover flap seems like a good idea, I'm tempted to remove it. It would be nice to see the voltage without looking through the opaque plastic or opening the lid. EDIT: 8 months old, he's dead. It seems to work randomly on power up. I think the 24v system was too much for him.
