Review on 🔧 Permatex 81180 Gray Transmission RTV Sealant, 3 oz. Tube: Ultimate Automatic Transmission Protection by Pius Aponte

This was a bad batch or product overall. First, it was almost impossible to squeeze it out of the tube right out of the box. I've never used this particular application formula, so I assumed it was just their normal viscosity. Transmission pan sealed, all was good until I noticed a drip in the driveway a few weeks later. The seal has failed. All instructions were followed to the last detail, it was held more than 24 hours before commissioning and all bolts were tightened to specification.
