I did a lot of research before ordering this brown backpack. The purse arrived in a dust bag with a cute thank you card. The material is very soft and looks like real leather to me. All fittings are of high quality and have a good weight. The bag has many pockets! There are a few I don't even use. The structure of the bag is excellent - it sits on its own and does not bend. The capacity is large, but if you don't take it with you, it perfectly keeps its shape. I LOVE that the straps are so individual. Because they attach with a clip, you can carry them as a backpack, shoulder bag, or shoulder bag. It also has short handles that are stationary but don't interfere with accessing various pockets. As a working mother of two, I love being able to carry my bag like a backpack to keep my hands free when we go out as a family. Day to day I keep the straps in backpack mode but generally just carry my short tote to and from work etc. Highly recommend!
