I like how easy it was for my business account manager, Sheree Smith (also known as COO)to make sure all questions were addressed well before signing documents with any of our clients! No issues in terms or speediness at which they got back responses when contacting them via email & phone calls etc.. Would be great if you could have more than just one person working within your customer service department - maybe some other professionals such us tax specialists would work closely together? If there are no outstanding invoices between ourselves then we don't really think about this but i imagine having someone checking over each month's statements regularly may help keep things organised better??
