Quick and efficient service when sourcing quotes for clients and invoicing

I like how easy it was for my business account manager, Sheree Smith (also known as COO)to make sure all questions were addressed well before signing documents with any of our clients! No issues in terms or speediness at which they got back responses when contacting them via email & phone calls etc.. Would be great if you could have more than just one person working within your customer service department - maybe some other professionals such us tax specialists would work closely together? If…

Pros
  • The ease to use system is so friendly/easy going that everyone can understand what needs doing quickly; very helpful too!! :) It has helped me alot especially now since being self employed myself running multiple businesses from home without needing staff members around..its been fantastic!!! Not had much experience using software however found everything simple enough once used properly..I've never experienced problems either : )
