Difficult to learn / understand in the beginning - but a powerful tool
I like how easy it is with this software platform! The customer support team has been very helpful when needed as well (and they're always willing).
It's not so much about what you can't use/try out - but moreso because there isn;t enough information readily available online or from your sales rep regarding its capabilities compared against other platforms such as LexisNexus etc.. This makes me hesitant at times since some functionality may be better suited elsewhere within their system than here- which would make sense if only one could see exactly where everything fits into place before committing. However overall pretty happy thus far though my first experience using PWMA was less positive due mostly just being overwhelmed by features vs ease / simplicity once getting used too them after several days spent trying things around during initial onboarding phase.-.
- It's easy for end users to navigate and get around
- I don't understand how it integrates with other platforms such as LexisNexus and as a matter of fact I don't know if it does at all with LexisNexus and for that matter other platforms as well
