This is a really nice gift, this was for me and I loved it and that's it. A very honest razor, the handle with it is a little flimsy and not very comfortable in the hand, but comfortable enough. There doesn't seem to be any water damage protection coating that I added myself. The blade is excellent, in my honest opinion this is my first razor and I really appreciated how ready to use it was and I enjoyed my first shave and the strip was key to the enjoyment too. Really nice combination but I would say it would be ideal if the grip had a bit friendlier text material than a dingy finish, and a water damage repair coating which would be such a great feature. And finally this is another personal preference but I really want this razor to have a bit of Spanish tip like one of the other razors they sell I was going to gift it to a few barbers I know but I've pushed away, but for home and everyday use I really liked it.
